My journey into holistic health springs from my late teens and early twenties when I took a keen interest in eating well and through the practice of yoga and meditation and daily adventures into Nature, I began to be aware of an intuition that the body given half a chance knows how to heal itself.  I have also had a life-long interest in all alternative medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and learning about ancient herbal remedies which throughout the ages have served the body well.

After many years of tri-cultural living and working experience in Switzerland, France and the USA and raising two children, my growing conviction manifested in training as a licensed massage therapist.  After a 24-month training in many advanced techniques, anatomy, pathology and physiology – I received my licence in 2001.  I specialize in therapeutic massage and for ten years had a thriving practice in the USA.

Throughout this period I continued my therapeutic studies and in 2004 had completed advanced training in Reflexology.   In 2005, I became a Reiki Master.

But my true passion for a person’s healing culminated in my four-year study to become a craniosacral therapist and in 2007 I received my certification.  Returning to the UK after an absence of 35 years, I am now a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association in London.

I currently live on the outskirts of Salisbury and really enjoy the delights of the Wiltshire countryside.

My healing work is vitally supported by my personal interests in Nature, hiking, yoga and meditation, music, gardening, cooking, Buddhism and shamanic studies.

My personal philosophy is that every single experience and encounter has led us to this moment.  Therefore it is important to see ourselves as whole.  And each moment is perfect!

There is no need to run outside
For better seeing,
Nor to peer from a window.  Rather abide
At the centre of your being …
Search your heart and see …
The way to do is to be.
