Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a unique, gentle, holistic, hands-on healing art and science which through deep listening helps your body, mind and spirit to reconnect to its inherent health. It is transformational in that it helps you to be more of who you truly are!

With our fast-paced lives in the 2lst century, people are finding that CST is particularly beneficial for many physical symptoms, emotional trauma, stress, depleted energy and lack of clarity, and has proved very supportive following surgical interventions. Because it is so gentle and non-invasive, CST is suitable for everyone from newborns to the elderly.

I am a certified and registered Craniosacral Therapist with 14 years experience working with clients in a profoundly healing manner. It is my privilege to support you in the next steps of your life’s journey.

I am currently working from two locations – my home-based clinic (5 minutes driving from the city) which offers a peaceful, light-filled and completely safe environment and, from The Practice Rooms in Salisbury. This location is a Complementary Health Services centre and also offers a safe, therapeutic environment. It also has the additional convenience of being in the heart of Salisbury.
